Alex Izmailov

Financial Planner

I provide comprehensive, fee-based financial planning with an approach that centers on identifying any gaps in clients’ existing plans and making recommendations designed to guide clients throughout all phases of their life, helping them pursue their goals and stay on track leading up to and during retirement. In developing investment planning strategies, we utilize risk tolerance assessment, proper asset allocation, category specific tactical and passive management, efficient frontier, and modern portfolio theory. We also advise clients on proper risk management strategies to help ensure stability for life’s unforeseen events. We work closely with our clients’ other advisors, CPA’s, and attorneys to seek the most effective outcomes for their specific situation.

For the last 15 years, I have been working with all types of clients from executives at multinational corporations to young families who came as referrals and were just getting started. I have broad expertise including executive compensation planning, comprehensive financial planning, investment planning, retirement planning, and risk management planning.

In addition, I educate and help my clients execute more complex strategies including Net Unrealized Appreciation, 72T Early Distribution through Systematic Equal Payment Plan (SEPP) for early retirement, Optimizing Non-Qualified Pension Plans including Retirement Restoration Plans (RRP), Stock Option Planning including LTIP, RSU, and PSU, and other complex executive compensation wealth strategies.

Rebecca has been in the financial services business for over 15 years with experience in client service, practice management, and business processing. Rebecca’s broad background in supporting Financial Planners, Registered Investment Adviser Representatives, Insurance Agents, and other Financial Professionals make her a valuable asset to the team.

Prior to Executive Wealth Strategies, Rebecca and Alex worked together for 8 years at two different Registered Investment Advisory Firms.

Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, yoga, and gardening.

Scott Sprague provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning support and consulting for Executive Wealth Strategies.

Scott began his financial planning practice in 1988 with the desire and commitment to help families, professionals, business owners and retirees work towards their financial goals. Since that time, his goal is to help clients plan successful futures by educating and guiding them through today’s complex financial world. This experience prepares his clients to make the most appropriate decisions regarding their finances.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Oregon State University. His professional designations include Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College.

Nate Hintz

Nate Hintz provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning support and consulting for Executive Wealth Strategies.

Nate Hintz is a financial planner at LPL Financial with expertise in the areas of retirement, investment, estate, asset preservation, and tax reduction strategies. He is dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs and goals in order to develop tactical, comprehensive financial solutions.

Nate began serving as a financial advisor in 2006 and has maintained a focus on delivering strategic planning advice designed to help his clients accumulate, retain, and transfer wealth. He learns about their financial aspirations and insightfully creates financial plans to assist them in pursuing those goals. His clients appreciate his clear explanations of investment concepts.

For the last 15 years, we have been helping clients pursue their financial goals by putting clients’ interests first. Using the latest technology and custom tailored strategies, we help clients plan, grow, and preserve their wealth.

Comprehensive Financial Planning

Our Comprehensive Financial Plans allow for dynamic planning of a client’s ever evolving situation. As new needs arise or unforeseen events happen, we have the visibility to address them while planning for the future by using clients’ data that refreshes daily. This allows for more efficient financial planning updates using some automation with less administrative effort from the client.

Inside our Financial Plans, we create various scenarios to help the client understand the impact of their potential decision making when it comes to early/late retirement, moving out of state, downsizing a home, implementing risk management strategies, and other important decisions where there is uncertainty and hypothetical projections are needed. 

Investment Strategies

We help the clients navigate the complex world of investment offerings including custom tailored strategies based on the client’s specific needs, time horizon, and risk profile. We offer strategies utilizing Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), stocks, and bonds. In some circumstances we also utilize mutual funds in order to access product offerings that aren’t easily accessible through other products.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

Retirement Income Planning

When clients are accumulating assets during their working years, they are primarily focused on growing their assets. When clients retire, they need to turn those assets into income. We help clients utilize income strategies by building custom strategies that help deliver income to meet their financial needs. 

Risk Management Planning

Over time a client’s risk management strategy may change as they get closer to retirement years. During the accumulation years, clients might have an objective of creating wealth and protecting their loved ones in case there is an early disability or death of the breadwinner. Over time, that risk management strategy may rotate into protecting their existing assets from unforeseen health events by utilizing long-term care insurance. We help clients understand these risks through detailed analysis.
